This place is a dump Very dangerous stairs collapsing walkways poorly maintained buildings I went into my friend's unit in the north section so she could show me something The something was the WORST black mold I ve ever seen It's coming out of the walls and air vents The plumbing is ancient and backs up all the time Northwest Valley Realty the condo managers don't care about any of the dangerous situations There has also been asbestos found Stay away from this place
