I have lived here for six years now There are many fun and interesting things to do as the complex houses the seniors centre on the lower floor You can have a good and reasonably priced lunch five days a week A full course meal is only 5 50 The wide hallways are pressurized so you don't get the smells coming in from the other units There is a hair salon library a couple of auditoriums computer room and a billiard room with three or four tables The elevators have had issues but are fixed very quickly their fast and quit and compared to many other buildings I have seen are real quit good I m not on council but they all seem to do a great job The past president Al and present president Dick are both very friendly and approachable but the star of the show is the finance treasurer Jeannett Tweedie she's dedicated to her job and we really couldn't ask for a better finance secretary The city or district are great partners and pay a bigger percent of the hydro as the seniors centre is their responsibility This helps give the owners a very reasonable strata fee If you are a friendly and responsible person and you are looking for a wonderful place to live you really ott to check this place out
