2016 Spacious Condos Excellent Amenities Close to Everything
Recently visited a friend on a higher floor of this condo unit Amazing Views North South This 23 storey highrise is practically new inside and out With approx 950 sq ft One Bedroom and 1200 sq ft Two Bedroom units with some as big as 1600 sq ft I dont think there are many highrise buildings in this area that are having condos that big Loved this building and hope to move in as soon as I find a good unit for sale

Here We Go Again
I recently visited this building and was reminded of a time I thought had passed It is a great building with great amenties views are great and suites are a generous size location is great can walk to Metrotown to shop or Deer Lake to relax So what was it that I was reminded of I could not enjoy the view through the tarps I thought we had gotten over leaky condos but I guess not Of course as I am not living in the building and Privy to the details so I connot say the buildig is a leaky condo but they are doing extensive work on the envelope so I will leave the rest up to you The good news here is once finished there should be a spike in value in this building combine that with the other great features I mentioned and it will be a great place to live
