Parkview Place at 5350 Victory Street is situated only a couple of blocks from Royal Oak Skytrain station Hop on the Skytrain to Metrotown or Downtown Vancouver This 3 level condo has gas fireplaces and offers quiet and peaceful suites A nice residential area with Burnaby South High School only a couple of blocks away

Convenient and Spacious
I visited my friends who lived in this building It was very large and spacious Royal Oak Skytrain was so closeby it was very convenient I think it would be good for young couples first time buyers and for retirees
