Full of weed smoke
The Lions strata states a no smoking policy yet they say they cannot do anything if a tenant is caught smoking inside the unit This condo has many weed smokers who are regularly smoking marijuanan all year around The weed smell gets into other units and the walls floors They refuse to enforce the no smoking ban so what is the point of paying for a maintenance fee and concierge Stay away I highly regret buying my unit selling right now

Location is good but condo was just okay
Visited somebody renting in this building It wasn't great Seemed like a rental building But location was great not super busy but just a block to Robson Street
