Rental Maybe
Well I hate to be negative but if ever there was a building that had the feel of a rental it would be this It seem out of place in the area There is certainly value here as the suites are a great size and cheap but you get undivided interest when you buy so you really don't own your suite just a portion of the building and as I said before it really feels like a rental situation so I think this is something that you would buy to rent out not to live in The other thing you have to consider is that when you want to sell an undivided interest is not going to be the easiest thing to sell
