These building are absolutely the best place in Montrose to live If you want to live in a beautiful building that is largely occupied by proud owners who care about the property and the quality of living the Parcs is a top notch place to own or rent The staff is responsive and caring not just about the maintenance but about the residents individually The grounds are gorgeous with beautiful pool and landscaping there have been literally millions of dollars in upgrades and improvement new hurricane force windows new gym new laundry rooms although some units have W D new elevators furniture The buildings are in GREAT CONDITION and have been reviewed by the best architects and engineers in the state not to mention the beautiful views I know so many of my friendly neighbors and have become good friends with many as there is a genuine warmth The Parcs are full of friendly artists professionals doctors and more and many are longtime residents We walk to neighborhood restaurants museums and festivals Read less

I moved to Houston from California a few months ago I had to do most of my search online and the management and staff at Parc Condo's have been extremely communicative and helpful From phone calls emails months before to my actual move in and settling in the staff has really been a great support I thought it would take some time to feel at home in Houston but the Southern Hospitality at Parc Condo's makes me feel like I am already part of a community
