About the Information we collect.
Unregistered and Registered users share many of the same features of the
site. However, by choosing to register
you will be able to use extra features of the site.
The Unregistered users may view
the reviews posted by other unregistered and registered users. We use a “cookie” on your computer’s hard
drive. A cookie is used to store a piece
of data on the user’s computer. We use
cookies to understand how visitors use our site and help us to improve our
site. We also use cookies to confirm
that users are logged in. We use a
persistent cookie that sores your login ID but not your password. We do this in the intent to make it easier

password, your review and preferences.

you have registered with that partner, then certain information that you have
provided to that partner may be transmitted to us. We recommend you review the privacy policy of
partner site’s form where you provided your information. We may or may not retain the information

regardless of the policy of the partner site from which your information was

your information from our active database, but some information may remain in
our archives. We may not be able to
remove your information from our partners’ databases, if we have transmitted
any information to them.

CondoAdvisory does not sell or
rent any personal information to any third party, other than our partners, as
discussed in this policy. We may aggregate personal information from all of our
users and provide that information in the aggregate to other parties, including
advertisers, for marketing and promotional purposes. However, if we do so, that
information will not be in a form that will allow any third party to identify
you personally.
We may share some of your
personally identifiable information with our parent company, our subsidiaries
and sister companies around the world. Sharing
this information allows us to better understand people’s needs so that it may
be possible to offer products or services that can benefit our members and users. It also allows us to provide opportunities
that you may be interested in. We do not

subsidiaries, or affiliates but they will treat it at least as protectively as
they treat information they obtain from their other users. They also will

information with third-parties specifically engaged by CondoAdvisory to provide
services to CondoAdvisory (such as market research firms, marketing services
providers and advertising agencies), in which case we will require those

purpose of providing the specified services to CondoAdvisory.
CondoAdvisory must cooperate with
legal authorities and may in some circumstances be required to disclose

turn over our database in response to a specific legal requirement. We can also

be publicly viewable and identifiable via your screen or user name. CondoAdvisory
will not share your email address with any other members nor display it any
public manner. If you choose to participate in our member-to-member
communications programs, you may be contacted by other CondoAdvisory members,
using CondoAdvisory as an intermediary. All CondoAdvisory members will have the
option to turn off the member-to-member communication features at any time.

Steps we take to protect your
personal information.
CondoAdvisory has implemented
security procedures to help protect the personal information stored in our

those we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information. We

session termination) to protect against unauthorized access to your personal
information. But please know that there is no way for us to guarantee the

site, and we do not knowingly collect information about children. Should a child
