"Agree with Vancouver
Rocks"

I have to agree with the previous review. It is in a decent location but the building isn't as nice as others in the area. Could be better maintained. I guess I would consider buying as an investor or to live if it is cheap enough.

"Definitely a Rental "

This building is in a great location however, it could use some upgrades and better maintenance. Unless you like being in the middle of all the action, this building probably isn't for you. A lot of the residents are renters and typically aren't as caring as owners would be and therefore it isn't in tip top shape. If you are looking to purchase a rental property, the great location will be advantageous.
