"Great location, great
building/mgmt, starting
to look dated."

Great location. Steps from Yonge/Bloor/Yorkville. Security Guards are great. VERY personable and friendly. Del Property Management was a pleasure to deal with. Building decor is starting to feel dated. Maintenance fees were reasonable and didn't go up aggressively.
