"Rainscreened"

I have to agree with the last review, building is a good building, nice large suites and most importantly has been rainscreeened. The big problem here is the location and there really is nothing you can do about that. You know what they say, location, location, location. Usaully there are some positives or benefits to a location, but in this case I don't see any. The courthouse is nearby in the front of the building, the skytrain runs past the back and there is a large alley in the back that always has pepole hanging out in it.

"Location???"

The condo I visited was fine but I'm not too sure about the location. Skytrain is close but don't feel too safe. Shady people walking around and night life close by.

"Large suites, Great
views, but"

I had a freind that lived in this building a few years ago and was very impressed with the value. The unit was a large 1 bedroom plus den (850 square feet) and had a great view of the river. Building had just been rainscreend so there were no forseable problems to come. The problem here is that I was almost afraid to leave my car on the street in front of the buidling ar even worse, behind it. Also located right besdie Mugs & Jugs which I would not consider a plus. Also Skytrain ran right behind the buidling which just happened to pass by my freinds unit. All in all though I still think it is an overall good value and good buidling.
