"Good Investment"

I bought in this complex as an investment and was happy with my return. It is well priced for what you get, nice finishings, convenient location, good rental value, but also nice building to live in.

"Pretty Good Building,
Nice location"

I bought a condo here as an investment. I saw the finished product and it wasn't as nice as I expected. Condos and the building doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles but, pretty good. Good location. Very close to shopping, skytrain and Douglas College.
