"former owners"

We sold our suite 3 years ago when we received information that the strata couldn't get building insurance because of a variety of issues; the strata refused to install fire sprinklers, there were constant pipes bursting and there were at least two drug pushers in the building...scary

"1234 pendrell"

This is one of the worst buildings to live in in the west end. The building itself is a nice building in a great location but management and strata council are really horrible people. Council members are a little clique of power mongers who treat the owners like criminals and make up rules as they go along. Several owners are slum landlords and don't care, and the live-in owners just try to get through the day. Most people are waiting for the market to improve so they can sell

Comment on this Review: unregistered user on June 7 2010: that comment probably comes from my neighbour. I've only lived in the building a few years and cannot wait to sell. So far it has cost me almost $10,000 in special unnecessary assessments. We are a leaky condo. but council wants new balconies instead of adressing the leaky problems. we plan to sell ASAP unregistered user on July 8 2010: we are not a leaky condo. the balconies were a source of water egress and the council delt with this issue. when they took off the balconies they were rotten. they are now fixed. I'll buy your suite. unregistered user on July 28 2010: There have been suites for sale for 2 years and nobody even comes to the open houses. How do you spell DEALT?
