"6105 kingsway"

I think this condo is in a great location. Its close to BCIT, Metrotown, Highgate, the bus stop is right out front, its close to the sky train, lots of resterants, right beside a school, and walking distance to everything. I am saving to try and buy into this building the value can only go up.

"There are a lot better
out there."

Having visited friends here I have to say, there are a lot of minuses. Kingsway for one, you can hear the traffic. The walls are thin, therefore you can hear people walk/run and talk in the hallway, their conversations very clear! There seems to be several noisy residents after hours, especially on weekends, but not restricted to. There are other buildings in better areas/shape than this one.

"Not a Great Location"

Well I do not have a lot to say about this buidling other than the location is not great, infact I would say that is being nice. It is located right on Kingsway in not the best area, I am not sure I would want to spend too much time on Kingswway here after dark. Other than the location,the buidling is a fairly typical older buidling, nothing special and in need of some maintenance, but other than that the only thing I could think about when I visited, and now evertime I pass by is the location. I don't reccomend this building.
