"Stay away from Colin"

People like Colin has to be changed. He's very unprofessional and had the worst experience ever. They are such a pain and keep on harassing us.

"Horrible People"

Colin is very unprofessional.. Stay away in dealing with this person. They will take your money and work is very disgusting.

"Terrible service"

I own a condo that Pinnacle developed and Associa BC Inc (use to be called Baywest Management) manages and their service is terrible. Every time I call, it's always voicemail. They never return phone calls. They provide a contact number that's 24 hours for emergency but it's always voicemail. The very odd times they pick up, they tell you that they will look into your problem and call you. No call backs. A month later, you get the same respond. 7 months later and still no call. I had numerous leaks in my BRAND NEW condo at various locations in my unit. They employ the most unprofessional people. This is my first and last purchase of any condo that employs Associa BC to manage. They only post good comments/ratings on their website, NOT THE REAL feedbacks. If you google them, you will see many other unhappy owners with genuine ratings. Their website does state that "reviews MAY be shared publicly. The ratings are so far off from other sites! Dean Mandzuk, the contact for the Pinnacle condos in Vancouver, manages for Associa and his number 604-831-2201 is on Pinnacle's website. Brandy also manages the building use this number. She says it's her PERSONAL line. It's posted on Pinnacle's website and previously employee uses the same number! It's a year now and my issue is still standing.

Brandy is the worst and bringing bad reputation to the company. Unprofessional and rude.

I have to agree with this statement. She is unprofessional to the point that she is actually snarky in her replies to customers. Awesome customer service...to these guys, it's a job, tonus people actually living in these poorly built units, it's home. They don't get that.

"Worst Building - Horrible
Management and Horrible
Construction"

This building is so poorly built and managed, it is unbelievable. Our unit has flooded 3 times in the year and a half we have lived there. Not only that, but the 'contractors' they continue to hire to fix our place absolutely ransack it each time. Nothing is cleaned up, furniture is moved or destroyed in the process. Often times they enter the unit without notice or for a different reason than is stated. We never hear from management despite multiple complaints. I have never encountered a building more disrespectful of someone's home. If you are considering moving into or buying a unit here, please, please think twice.

Same here - well, only one flood - but the rest is true for us. In 295 Adelaide Street West, as well. Oh, and I've had a broken window for over 2 months now.

"Pinnacle on Adelaide"

The management of Pinnacle International left the unit owners with units half done. Holes in the wall, lights not working, water from tap trickling (not flowing), stove falling off the cabinetry to name a FEW of the hundreds of repairs needed when they turned over these BRAND NEW units to the owners who paid $800K. There was rain for 2 days and a few units experienced water coming through the ceiling and windows (unfortunately, not the tap where it's needed). Despite numerous emails, phone calls and even to the VP of Finance, nobody has responded in the last 4-6 months. They are hoping that the owners spend for the repairs themselves or wait for conciliation so that they only do the minimum work. They are now selling other properties in Vancouver and other parts of the country and will fool even more people. Buyer beware. This developer owner is a crook.

I fully agree with above comments, I have a terrible experience in Mississauga, almost all said above is true, they are slow to respond, but most importantly they are totally indifferent to quality, job is of such poor quality that even a 10 yr old unit will have a better finish, they should be dragged to consumer court for fooling the public, I would strong urge buyers to look inside the units and not go by brochure. Theier asthetic sense is zero when it comes to putting lights and fixtures. I am thoroughly disappointed and may be have lost value in buying a unit in Mississuaga- pinnacle crystal towers. Rightly said the builder is crook or fooling the public.
